Creating an account will allow you to schedule exams using the links PHBI provides within our courses\/exams.Please click the link above and create an account. the reservation link in the confirmation email from ProctorU.<\/li>\n<li>The reservation will open in your default browser and will then prompt you to open or download the Guardian Browser.<\/li>\n<li>Click okay and the Guardian Browser will open with you in the queue for your exam with ProctorU.<\/li>\n<li>Once you are connected with the Proctor, they will go through all the
