This course is required for the following certifications: New Home Sales Professional, New Home Sales Executive, Residential Management, and Master Home Builder.
This course has approximately ten hours of online learning (not including study time).
This instructor-led course involves four days of classroom learning.
Course times: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
Classroom locations: This course is delivered by PHBI in Calgary and Edmonton. Courses can also be held in other centers based on demand.
Exam & passing grade: The exam for this course is closed book. The passing grade is 70% and 100% attendance when taking the classroom delivery option is compulsory to qualify for PHBI certification.
100% online: The final grade for the online course is based solely on the final exam.
Classroom: The classroom course has a post course assignment which is the development of a marketing plan. The final grade is based on both the marketing plan and the final exam. 100% attendance is compulsory to qualify for PHBI certification.
Prerequisites: There are no prerequisites for this course. However, in order to successfully complete this course, a student needs to develop a marketing plan. Therefore, it is recommended that participants completes this course near the end of a certification program.
