Ideal candidates for taking this course:   Designers, Drafts persons, Inspectors, Technicians, Estimators, Trades, Suppliers, Support Staff, Purchasing Agents, Customer Service Representatives and Management and Sales Professionals. 

This course is required for the following certifications:  Residential Construction Site Manager (RCSM), Professional Site Manager and is an elective course for Residential Management, and Master Home Builder. 

Delivery method: 

Classroom delivery:  This blended e-learning course combines approximately four hours of online learning with two days of classroom learning.

Classroom times:  8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Classroom locations:  This course is delivered by PHBI in Calgary and Edmonton.  Courses can also be held in other centers based on demand.

Exam & passing grade:  The exam for this course is closed book. The passing grade is 70% and 100% attendance is compulsory to qualify for PHBI certification.

Prerequisites:   For those new to the industry,  Construction Fundamentals or Residential Construction Site Management (RCSM) Level 1 must be taken prior to enrolment in this class.  This prior knowledge is necessary as students need to have an understanding of construction and construction terminology for this course.
