Ideal candidates for taking this course are: Sales Professionals, Support Staff, Customer Service Representatives and Management.
This course is required for the following certifications: New Home Sales Professional, New Home Sales Executive and is an elective course for Residential Management, and Master Home Builder.
Delivery method: This instructor-led course involves four days of classroom learning.
Course times: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Classroom locations: This course is delivered by PHBI in Calgary and Edmonton. Courses can also be held in other centers based on demand.
Exam & passing grade: The exam for this course is closed book. The passing grade is 70% and 100% attendance is compulsory to qualify for PHBI certification.
Prerequisites: - Sales Skills Fundamentals (Professional Selling 1) is a mandatory prerequisite
