Existing Users<\/p>\n

If you’re an existing user and have a myPHBI account, and have already signed up on our website, click on <\/span>\u201c<\/span>Training Login<\/span><\/span><\/a>\u201d<\/span> at the top of your screen, and log in using your existing user name and password. You can also access your account at any time by visiting <\/span>myPHBI.ca<\/span><\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n

New Users<\/p>\n

If you’re a new user wanting to purchase a course, or if you have an existing account and have not already signed up on our website, create a new account by clicking \u201cTraining Login<\/span><\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

I\u2019m an existing user. Where do I verify my account?<\/h3>\n

If you’re an existing user logging in to myPHBI for the first time, you’ll need to verify your account for security purposes:<\/p>\n

  1. Visit www.phbi.ca and select your region<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Select “Sign Up” on the top right<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Select “Sign Up Now”<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Enter your email address, and select “Send Verification Code”. You must use the email address associated with your myPHBI account.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Enter the verification code to validate your account<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Fill in your personal information and choose a password. You can use the same password associated with your previous account.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. You will then be able to select “Training Login<\/a>” on the top navigation bar, which will take you to your myPHBI account. You can access current course progress through the “my courses” section.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n

    Where do I find my courses?<\/h3>\n

    Once you are logged into your myPHBI account you will find the courses you are enrolled in under \u201cMy Courses\u201d. Use the filter option to navigate to your courses. The filters will allow you to choose the courses based on:<\/span><\/p>\n
