Frequently Asked Questions
No refunds, transfers, or withdrawals are permitted on the day the class begins or at any time during the course duration. *PHBI retains full course fee, course remains in original student account.
Withdrawal Requests
- A refund request made 30 calendar days or more prior to the start of class will receive a full refund.
- A refund request made 29 calendar days or less prior to the start date of class is subject to a 20% administrative fee.
- The request must be submitted by email for review.
Transfers Requests
- Transfers to another student may be requested up to 1 day prior to the start of class.
- Certain transfers may not be permitted where third-party instructions require the completion of pre-work, submission of role-specific documentation, or acquisition of licenses for designated materials.
- The request must be submitted by email for review.

Refund Requests
- A refund request for online course(s) that have not been opened and/or accessed will receive a full refund.
- Must be submitted by email from the account holder email address.
Transfers Requests
- A transfer request for online course(s) that have not been opened and/or accessed may be transferred to another student.
The written transfer request must come from:
- The student email address whose account currently holds the course.
- The student email address whose account the course is being transferred to.
* Both confirmations must be submitted by email before the transfer will be reviewed.

From www.phbi.ca/ohba/:
- Click on “Training Login” at the top right part of your screen
- Create a new account by clicking “Not a student?”
- Enter your legal first and last name, email address and phone number
- Click “Sign Up”
- Check your email for the Welcome email with instructions on how to set up your password
- Click on “Set up my Password”
- Read and accept the Privacy Policy and Marketing Consent
- Click “Next”
- Create and confirm your password
- Click “Change Password”
If you’re an existing user and have a myPHBI account, and have already signed up on our website, click on “Training Login” at the top of your screen, and log in using your existing user name and password. You can also access your account at any time by visiting myPHBI.ca.
If you’re a new user wanting to purchase a course, or if you have an existing account and have not already signed up on our website, create a new account by clicking “Sign Up”
If you’re an existing user logging in to myPHBI for the first time, you’ll need to verify your account for security purposes:
- Visit www.phbi.ca and select your region
- Select “Sign Up” on the top right
- Select “Sign Up Now”
- Enter your email address, and select “Send Verification Code”. You must use the email address associated with your myPHBI account.
- Enter the verification code to validate your account
- Fill in your personal information and choose a password. You can use the same password associated with your previous account.
- You will then be able to select “Training Login” on the top navigation bar, which will take you to your myPHBI account. You can access current course progress through the “my courses” section.
From www.phbi.ca/ohba/:
- Click on “Training Login” at the top right part of your screen
- If you already have an account, log in using your existing username and password
- If you are a new user, create a new account by clicking “Not a student?”
Your account will get locked on multiple unsuccessful attempts. Log back in after 15 minutes to access your account. If you’re still not able to login, you can reset your password.
- Close all browsers
- Visit www.phbi.ca/ohba/
- Click on “Training Login” at the top right part of your screen.
- Enter your username & password
- If you are still experiencing issues logging in, please contact us 1.888.325.9999 [email protected]
- Click on the “Sign Up” button
- Click on “Forgot your password?” link
- Enter your email address and click on “Send verification code” button. You’ll receive an email from Microsoft on behalf of PHBI Auth with a six-digit verification code.
- Enter your six-digit verification code and click “Verify code” button
- Once your email has been verified, click on “Continue” button to create your new password
- Enter a new, secure password and click “Continue” button to save your new password
- Log in using your email address and your new password
- Once you’re logged into your account, click on “Catalog” and select your area of interest, choose the course you’d like to purchase and add to your shopping cart.
- To register in multiple courses, repeat steps above.
- Once you’re ready to pay and/or apply a discount code, view your shopping cart.
- Click on “Proceed to Checkout”
- In the “Checkout”, choose your method of payment, enter your billing details and click “Submit Order”
- Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your receipt.
From www.phbi.ca/ohba/:
- Click on Training Login
- Click on “Forgot Your Password”
- Type in your Username
- Click “Reset Password”
- Check your email. You will receive an email with instructions how to reset your password
From your student dashboard homepage:
- Click on “Courses” or search in the search bar for the course you are interested in
- Select the course you would like to enrol in
- Click “Enrol Now” to add the course to your cart
- Click on your cart and select “Proceed to Checkout”
- if you are not logged in at this point, you will be required to log in
- Complete the address information – if you address and billing information is the same – Click “Next”. If not, unclick Billing Address
- Review your order and click “Next”
- Review your Billing Address
- “Proceed to Payment Information”
- Enter your payment details
- Submit payment
- Receipt will be emailed to you
When you’re checking out, click on your shopping cart where you can enter your coupon or discount code in the “Coupon Code” field.
Click on “Proceed to Checkout” to see your coupon or discount applied.
Once you are logged into your myPHBI account you will find the courses you are enrolled in under “My Courses”.
Use the filter option to navigate to your courses. The filters will allow you to choose the courses based on:
- Recent Activity
- Alphabetically
- Mandatory
- Date Enrolled
- Expiry Date
While logged into the student dashboard homepage:
- Go to “My Orders”
- Click “View All Orders”
- Click on the applicable order/receipt
- Click on “Resend Purchase Receipt”
Go to “My Courses” and select the course you want to view. The course progress is shown on the right side of your screen.
Once you log in to the student dashboard homepage:
Option 1
- You will be able to see your recent courses under the “My Courses” heading
- Click on “”Start Course””
Option 2
- Click on the button “Go to my Training Dashboard” (myPHBI)
- Click on “My Courses”
- Locate the course and click and “Resume” or Start”
Select “Transcript” to view a list of your completed certificates (if applicable) and click on the certificate you need.
You can access and use myPHBI from a tablet or mobile device:
Requirements: iPhone iOS version 12.0 or later; iPadOS version 12.0 or later; Apple Vision Pro visionOS version 1.0 or later; Android OS 8.0 or later.
- Visit your app store and download the Absorb Learning App.
- Enter your LMS URL as phbi-mobile.myabsorb.ca
- Login using your username and password to access your courses.
You can access and use myPHBI from a desktop computer, tablet or mobile device:
- Desktop — the latest version of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Apple Safari
- Tablet or mobile device — Current version of iOS with the latest version of Chrome or Safari or Android 5.0 + OS with the latest version of Chrome
- Absorb App – Visit the App Store to download the Absorb App.
- Enter your LMS URL as phbi.myabsorb.ca
Login using your username and password to access your courses.
From myPHBI training dashboard:
- Select “Transcript” to view a list of your completed certificates (if applicable) and click on the certificate you need.
Example: change name, change email address, change region, learn more about certification programs, etc:
Once you log in to the student dashboard homepage:
- Click on “Contact Support”
- Enter details in the fields – subject, type, description
- If you wish to upload a screenshot or photo, please click on “Upload File”
- Once completed, click “Submit”
- You will receive an email confirmation that your support request has been sent
- Our team will review and respond to you within two business days.
Once you are logged into your student dashboard homepage:
- Click on your name in the top right corner
- Click on “Profile”
- Enter updated information
- Click “Update Profile”
