{"id":379,"date":"2022-01-05T21:17:01","date_gmt":"2022-01-05T21:17:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.phbi.ca\/ohba\/?post_type=job_listings&#038;p=379"},"modified":"2022-08-01T23:41:51","modified_gmt":"2022-08-02T05:41:51","slug":"job-posting-admissions-advisor","status":"publish","type":"job_listings","link":"https:\/\/www.phbi.ca\/ohba\/work-with-us\/job-posting-admissions-advisor\/","title":{"rendered":"Admissions &#038; Industry Partnerships Advisor"},"content":{"rendered":"<section id=\"content_block-block_61f8341288612\" class=\"content_block content-block__section\"><div class=\"content-container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-lg-8\">\n     <h3 class=\"mb-4\">Responsibilities<\/h3>\n     <p><b>Admissions<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Under the direction of the Manager, Admissions &amp; Industry Partnerships, PHBI, drive recruitment efforts pertaining to admissions in the institute\u2019s builder education courses<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Research, prospect and establish leads via direct phone contact and\/or email inquiries, off-site visits, networking and regular attendance at affiliated builder and related community events<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qualify leads and develop progressive strategies to close new and existing business in a timely manner<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cultivate and enhance relationships within the builder community to create\/increase awareness of PHBI.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Takes lead on the promotion, follow up, and program documentation for individual students and\/or custom training initiatives for builder clients and education &amp; training partnerships. Communicates and assists with coordinating the requirements of facilitation for these programs with the PHBI Education team.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pursue new business development opportunities in assigned region(s)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seeks out new and supports existing PHBI education &amp; training relationships\/partnerships in assigned region(s); travel may be required at times<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain conversion rates on all types of inquiries from lead, to interview, interview to enrollment, enrollment to start up and course completion<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meet\/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual enrollments, revenue, referral targets and objectives as determined by Director<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comply with all Company, governmental regulations and standards regarding student enrollment<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Administrative<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure appropriate action is taken to evaluate and resolve student inquiries, issues and challenges in a timely and professional manner<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Follow up with students and businesses post course completion to solicit feedback for continuous improvement relating to course delivery and process improvements<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support the Institute\u2019s alumni initiatives<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Responsible for tracking and administration of course inquiries and registrations<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Responsible for assisting in annual budget development, reporting enrollment and revenue tracking<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assists with LMS &amp; CRM set up for new\/updated courses\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist in the creation of recruitment programs and support marketing\/communications team on all applicable sales and marketing initiatives for the Institute<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Responsible for education &amp; training partnership program administration<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assists with student education inquiries, as required<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Is a PHBI department liaison with the company\u2019s corporate Financial Services Department, as required<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n     <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n<section id=\"content_block-block_61f8345388613\" class=\"content_block content-block__section\"><div class=\"content-container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-lg-8\">\n     <h3 class=\"mb-4\">Requirements<\/h3>\n     <ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 years direct phone and B2B experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proven sales history in high volume sales of products\/services<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Knowledge of new home construction would be an asset<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Confident, consultative, and professional<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Admissions and post-secondary business experience an asset<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Competent in use of MS Office<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Previous experience with CRM and\/or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is considered an asset<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Effective time management skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to organize multiple tasks;
