About licensing in Ontario<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Interested in getting your builder licence? Builders who are looking to apply for a new residential builder licence in Ontario must meet certain criteria based on section 38 of the New Home Construction Licensing Act, 2017<\/em> (NHCLA).
