What was the New Home & Builder Review?
The New Home & Builder Review was PHBI's customer satisfaction survey program that launched in 2013 through CustomerInsightTM (www.customerinsight.ca). The program replaced the prior survey program through J. D. Power & Associates.
The New Home & Builder Review:
- Consisted of 2 short surveys sent to new home buyers 1-month and 13 months post-possession.
- Measured the builder’s warranty performance (for risk mitigation) and customer service performance (for awards and benchmarking).
- Included a regional and provincial New Homebuyers Choice AwardsTM program.
- Was administered by PHBI through CustomerInsightTM, a Canadian -based team of research professionals and consulting firm that focuses solely on the homebuilding industry.
