You and your employer may also be eligible for a government grant to help offset the cost of your training. Explore your options below, along with other need-to-know details that will get you on the road to reaching your goals faster.

Canada-Alberta Job Grant

Get reimbursed for 2/3 of your employee training costs.

The Canada-Alberta Job Grant (CAJG) assists employers in obtaining the practical, industry specific training their employees need.

The grant will reimburse employers for two-thirds of their eligible employee training costs to a maximum of $10,000 per individual, and a total of $300,000 per company per year.

In order to be eligible for the grant, the training must meet the following requirements:

Minimum of 21 hours in instructional length*, and

Completed within 52 weeks, and

Results in credentialing, and

Delivered by a third party

Course start date is within six months after receiving approval

Government grant funding approval must be obtained prior to course registration**

*When completing your application, you can ensure the combined training duration is over 21 hours in length by registering for more than one course.

**It takes a minimum of 30 days for the grant application to be processed. Therefore, ensure you give yourself enough time to apply in advance of the training start date.

Payment options

We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and company cheques. Credit card payments are processed immediately upon registration.

Payment is accepted in Canadian (CAD) funds only.

Refunds

We will issue a refund less a $50+GST administration fee, based on a request meeting the withdrawal conditions outlined below.

All refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to six weeks to process.

Withdrawals

Classroom, workshop or webinar courses

We will not refund tuition fees, in whole or in part, unless the cancellation or withdrawal request is received in writing five business days or more before the course start date.

Online courses

We will not refund, in whole or in part, tuition fees if the cancellation or withdrawal request is received after the course has been accessed or expired. Access includes opening the course and/or downloading any material(s).
