Canada-Ontario Job Grant

Get reimbursed for 2/3 of your employee training costs.

The Canada-Ontario Job Grant (COJG) assists employers in obtaining the practical, industry specific training their employees need.

The grant will reimburse employers for two-thirds of their eligible employee training costs to a maximum of $10,000 per individual, and a total of $300,000 per company per year.

In order to be eligible for the grant, the training must meet the following requirements:

Completed within 52 weeks, and

Delivered by a third party

Payment options

We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and company cheques. We process credit card payments immediately upon registration. Payment by invoice can also be arranged by contacting us with your enquiry.

Payment is accepted in Canadian (CAD) funds only.


Training Ontario will issue a refund less a $50+GST administration fee, based on a request meeting the withdrawal conditions outlined below.

All refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to six weeks to process.


Training Ontario will not refund, in whole or in part, tuition fees if the cancellation or withdrawal request is received after the course has been accessed or expired. Access includes opening the course and/or downloading any material(s).
